You clearly haven't been to any vegan markets--they've been at just about every single one.
It looks as if Camden is going to become a bit of a hotspot for vegan food shops:

Hey, I've been here before. Maloko across the road that does vegan savoury crepes, but the one time I went they weren't particularly amazing.
I accidentally found myself outside Young Vegans the other week - the seitan and ale pie was really, really good (especially on a very cold night) and I will definitely be making the effort to stop by regularly.
