When I move, the house so going to need a lots of work doing to it (central heating replacing, electrics replacing, en suite added, an archway widened, kitchen replacing, all windows replaced and one being turned into French doors)
I have an electrician mate, but everything else is wide open.
Do I get a builder round to quote for the lot, or take each job on its own merit and get individuals in?
Heating is quite urgent (as we hope to move in Jan) and specialist, but the rest can be done over the next year or so.
