If it's SWR their new delay repay system is fairly decent.

Until they reject your claim after 10 days but don't provide any details around which claim it was. Not helpful when you've made 5 claims in 2 weeks because their service is that bad.

Good news; 15 minute delay repay is inbound December = much cashback if current service continues.
