What flat mount calipers do you have? And is it one or both frame and fork that need to be post mount?

If all else fails I hear that you can use MTB calipers just the same. The M6000 one has the inline hose entry point (helps if heel clearance is an issue) and should work, they are available for £30 or less.
My LBS tells me that they have successfully done this, but you might want to check with yours!
