Kernow (and friend's) first ever bike build

Thanks Ben - a similar number of people favouring each groupset so seemingly it's a '6 of 1' personal choice & taste decision with no one option universally regarded as the obvious choice; have one for the Tiagra given that, and the fact the colour matches the frame and it's a little cheaper 👍
