Ok - prep work started today; first job strip and re-grease, well should've been but for dropping a few - my god those things bounce! - now significantly better/smoother with zero play and only the slightest slightest sound (wonder if it's a carbon thing) when bars turned with bike in stand, not when in wheels on floor.
Couple of small requirements upon closer inspection - saddle bottom cradle not posted so hopefully can be found and sent and slight crack in top band of saddle clamp - so after a new one 31.6/34.9 anyone? She's looking gorgeous mind with her well polished and Deda bars now on (need shiny screws for stem clamp).
