  • Nope, just normal campag' 10s.. my knee problem is quite fresh from a small crash snowboarding, so still sore. I was assured that I could keep cycling while waiting for an mri scan..

  • Cycling is pretty good for knees actually but only if they’re healthy. I’d take it easy and spin patiently at least until you got your mri. It’s just not worth the risk.
