• Currently running 53/42 and 12-25 on my commuter (95% flat on my commutes), thinking of changing due to a knee problem to 52/39 or 12/28, maybe both? What would you guys suggest?

  • Currently packing 48/38 up front and 13-24 6-speed out back. Rehab gearing. With a knee problem you really need to get spinny and also slow down until you're sure you've got it fixed.
