People who park in dotted parking bays on residential streets, but don't park at the very end of the bay or only leave enough space for half a car.

Have suggested to local Council such parking zones have 1st/last foot indicated to show where tyre must be in contact with tarmac. No response, yet.

That is a great idea. I've included on some questionnaire that they need to educate drivers about it, but that seems like something they might actually be able to easily implement.
