Potential silly question, but, rear dropout with only one eyelet. If I want to run a pannier rack and mudguard, is it a matter of putting a longer bolt through both, in the order Frame-Rack-Mudguard?
Should be fine, put rack on first, then mudguard, use locktite.
Some racks have eyelets to mount guards to the rack - which is better than relying on one eye imo.
