Faggin Special Campione Del Mondo 1978 57cm

Another Nice bike for sale. This time a Italian made Faggin Special Campione Del Mondo . Bought it from the first owner and according to him it was only used for 2 years before it was stored in his bassement.

The bike has been fully checked and I tried to keep it original as possible. The only parts that I have replaced are the brake rubbers and the tyres (NOS Vredestein Ricorso's). Furthermore, the bike is completely original as how it was delivered to the first owner. Even the handlebar tape is original.

The frame itself is build from Columbus SL tubing, and has a lot of neat details. The chainstays are square shaped, exactly the same as DEROSA build frames. In addition, the frame has many engravings, As you can also see on the photos. I would rate the chrome and paint both 8/10.

The groupset is a reliable Shimano 600 Arabesque groupset, which still is in a very, very good condition The wheels consist of Miche Primato hubs laced to Mavic Open 4CD rims. Pedals are not included in the sale.

Faggin's are amazing frames. The Shimano 600 Arabesque is a joy to look at and performs admirably.
