  • Felt like it was behind the knee cap, I've had it a bit doing AAA stuff last month or so, but Friday it got to the point I couldn't consider carrying on.

    I thought I had in relation to BB, but not so sure now. Going to do a flat 200 this weekend and see how it goes, if still getting pain will book in with a fitter I think.

  • Did you record saddle setback? Check it. Could be too far forward in relation to BB.

    Presume you recorded saddle height? Check it anyway. Same crank length?

    Could also be simple overuse if you've started doing a bunch of hilly stuff.
