I believe the stuff that need to be clamped at 3-5 Nm are more sensible to under-/overtorquing. Also stem, saddle and seat post might be the only ones I‘d use the torque wrench for.

"Sensible of" would have been a more poetic correction than "sensitive to", suggesting that our bike parts know what's good for us and want to help 🙂
Oh well, I forgot that sensibel in German isn’t sensible in English. I was busy playing tower defense on my iPod Touch in school
