buy medium cage 6800 rear derailleur, swap cages and sell the 6800 derailleur with the short cage on it - shouldn't lose more than £5-10

Funnily enough, my colleague just broke her long cage 6800 mechanical rear derailleur, so she's gifted me that for parts. Having taken the mechanical one apart it looks to be an easy swap.
