Chelsea didn't park the bus. They should've put been up at half time but for poor finishing and for whatever reason complacency took over in the latter stages of a game. Mourinho never intended to play for 0-0 as seems to be the popular (idiot) narrative, otherwise why name the starting 11 that he did? The team just didn't play well and it just serves as a reminder that City is a long, long way ahead in most aspects of the game.
