Are we nearly there yet?

Nearly yeah. I am short of a spacer or two for the bottom bracket and as far as my poor googling can tell me, its not something you can grab spares of without buying new bearings too.
After that, the fun of cabling begins.
I'm still waiting on the second set of cranks though because I feel like I'll prefer those, carbon is a bit fancier since I won't notice the difference in performance between the two.

I prefer the ones you already have but personal choice. Ill hold you to a ride to Brighton btw

If you mean 1mm BB/PF30 shims I've got a load kicking around.

I do, but also I need a bearing cover, I think. I just got one side with the cranks. I looked at the exploded view of the SI crank and bb installation and blew my mind with all the bits and the order they go in.

Got some SRAM bearing covers.

Loads of spare bits after I replaced the PF30 BB on my Talbot.

Haha matchy either way, cannondale or sram. Yes true but this is my nice bike, I have a Pinnacle for bad weather :D
And I'm just talking about cold, not wet, I'd definitely not agree to it if it was wet haha

A rare case of N -1 it would seem

I have 3 bikes at the moment. I love the Pinnacle, don't need the CAAD12 and don't really like the CAAD7 despite it being one of my all time favourite frames...
I could go down to the one and buy something carbon and impractical...

If a pair of shields and some spacers are handy let me know and we'll sort something out.

Haha I wasn’t. But I could buy some integrated handlebars that aren’t adjustable and give me back ache...

Yeah think I'm adapting, I may try a tweak of the saddle but haven't as of yet

Needs more time spent on it.

You built your dream bike with none or very little of your dream parts very quickly.

Basically needs moar HHSRB material on it.

It was more his penchant for fair weather, seems to make the pinnacle superfluous.

Indeed, needs the other wheels put on, completely new cockpit, cranks/bb sorting and a saddle that isn't masochistic.

Still gotta commute in the rain. I don't have to enjoy it though.
