Me too. Although the sticker has been removed as I prepare to sell up and upgrade soon.

Just tried a pour over of the Shalaitu Ethiopia at work. It was seriously amazing, and I'm left wondering if I should just go ahead and make myself another cup :)
Interestingly the aeropress I tried at home on Sunday was not so great. Maybe I'm not doing it properly or maybe this coffee doesn't work well with in an aeropress? (tried inverted with ~20gr of coffee, 50 mL of water for 30 sec, + 200 mL for 2 minutes)

Never not funny.

@StevePeel where do you order the stickers from?

35 grams of coffee for a single aeropress!? Hell no. That's more than I use for a two cup V60.

^ if I was involved with the sale of coffee i'd definitely tell everyone you need at least 40g of beans per cup.
-

40g beans, coursely ground, pour into open palm, use to exfoliate, dispose of, grind up 18g of fresh beans with the now soft and smooth hands, make aeropress coffee like a normal.

Picked up a grinder and a couple bags of beans to get to grips with it. Anyone else using the Wilfa at home?

Yep. Got one the other week.
It's not the most even grind, but better than the zassenhaus it replaced. I'm happy with it.

Yep.
Though before I buy a Technivorm to go along with it, can anyone tell me whether I should sell mine and replace it with this Wilfa all in one?
https://shop.squaremilecoffee.com/products/wilfa-classic-brewer
Obvious Technivorm is obvious etc and I'll probably carry on down that route - but footprint/small kitchen - one unit seems a nice idea. Just not sure if it's any good compared to the Technivorm?

Not in my experience. It does seem to be cloudier than pour-over but I think that's just the extraction method.
-
• #13771
Thanks, should try it one day.

I should add that I just grind what I need. So I measure up say 40 grams and put it in the hopper and let it grind through. The last few beans seems to go through a touch bigger compared to the rest.
No idea how much real world difference it makes to my coffee though

Note:
โDoes coffee prevent chronic disease and reduce mortality? We simply do not know. Should doctors recommend drinking coffee to prevent disease? Should people start drinking coffee for health reasons? The answer to both questions is โnoโ.โ
Seems we're not doing ourselves any harm though.
