I’ve known people who make patently false claims before, I think they genuinely believe their version.

Agree. He should just be left alone. It's obvious he's deluded.
It's unquestionable that Anthony and Alex from Sigma are fantastic cyclists with brilliant career victories that should be celebrated but Chris isn't stealing their sponsorship or limelight opportunities - unless of course they'd like to appear in the Colchester local newspaper.
