This de-resourcing of the north of the LBHillingdon really begins to undermine the merger of Ruislip-Northwood UDC with Uxbridge DC to form the borough in the first place.
With police having to sign on in Hayes, (the pepper spray issued to the Met is classified as a fire arm, so cannot be taken home), the closest officers for Ruislip will be just over the borough boundary in Harrow! It will be like Dukes Of Hazard with criminals making a run to get over the 'border'.
Still the aged brexitty house owners of Ruislip are rich enough to employ private zigooriddy.

Just fence off West Drayton to Yeisley leave it like Escape from New York surely? That should cut crime in the borough massively...
