Gonna need that 32t Potenza cassette and mech.

Wheels.
As I am a product of today's culture my thoughts are turning to tubeless.
Preferably self built.

Fuck tubeless. In the face.
-
• #105
A well reasoned argument, for sure.

This.

I only use tubeless now. Other than the annoyance of changing tires I don't see a reason not to, faster tires, less flats and no need to buy inner tubes anymore (other than having an emergency one)

nah, its alright. Cars are doing it for 2 decades.
Same effort as installing a tyre on a modern wide rim (HED etc) but without a tube. I am surprised you haven't gone tubeless Dov esp given you like G Ones and arent a shit mechanic.

On a road bike with 23-25mm tires?
Tubeless is dumb. It only works on low pressure 35mm scoble rubber.

Ooh ooh, can I join in? If not seen already, this thread might be of some use. Also another vote for 6800 for the reasons mentioned already.

Come on, it's an 80s Italian frame, with campag drop outs.

Okay I might be talked round, I'll need to see photos though ;)

Nice frame. As long as you don't put silver potenza cranks on it, I'm sure it'll be lovely!

The latest Potenza crankset has been upgraded to an Ultratorque system.
Luckily, because Powertorque is a bitch to service :) -

Daylight pictures please ;)

You'll regret it as soon as you start changing gears.

^ I can't ask you the same question it seems.
I remember hearing 53/39 being referred to as a Belgium compact. The lolz we had.
