  • It's a bit of a nonsense though isn't it. Rapha itself has a multi-ethnic workforce, go out into the lanes at the weekend and you'll spot a diverse mix of cyclists, we've even had a black track national champion as far back as 1973, yet somehow we're not deemed marketable.

  • It does have a multi-ethnic workforce but HQ, where decisions are made, has the ethnic diversity of the junior school I attended in 1987 where my sister and I made up half of the total number of ethnic students in the whole school.

    It’s only in the last year or so there have been photos of men and women riding together rather than in their separate gender groups so it’s no surprise there’s no real ethnic diversity in their models.
