That looks rad. Mini me is waaaaay bigger than that kid already. She doesn't really need a full on car seat set up I think.
I am thinking if I gave her something to hold on to, maybe some side grips plus inner tube she could wriggle into with her legs facing front as well, and a foam block to rest her back against, it'd be alright.
Alternatively some sort of clamped on rails on the side maybe?

This woud still work with a mini-max plus extension bar (which slides in and out).
