You can have this: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/312762/#comment13941716 either geared (as is) or converted to SS, with lights, an Abus D-lock, helmet, bell, multi-tool and bigger rear 'guard... but no floor pump, for well under £250... and a choice of bars (depending on whether you keep the gears).
