Frame recommendation? Disc, single speed, relaxed geo

Due to injury I'm looking for a frame that gives me a much more upright position than even a relaxed road bike, while meeting the following requirements

• Disc brakes
  
• Can achieve single speed with either horizontal/track dropouts, or has an oversized bb shell to put in an eccentric bb
  
  

Big stack (640mm+) ideal
