That's the AAA badge.
There are two fixed wheel awards.
Fixed wheel challenge - which is 25pts (and a trophy for highest total in a year)
And Super Fixed Wheel - which is a SR series on fixed, or 20AAA on fixed in a season.(I'm holding fire on the one you linked as I can't decide where'd to et the medal or the badge)

In other news - although I am planning an SR series, I sent my SFW brevet back today with 20AAA. Such a shame there's no badge or anything for it.
Was there ever one?
