Have just opened the YB las lajas costa Rican which is amazing. Amazing depth and complexity, deep flavour and really exciting on the tongue.

Yes the Hermosa Premium makes lovely espresso, just dose it down a touch and grind a little finer than the espresso. The Shalaitu natural Ethiopia makes amazing espresso, especially good as a cortado.

Hey Steve,
I'm about to re stock and wanted to try something different in addition to the usual fantastic espresso blend. I like the sound of the Hermosa, will this work well as espresso? Anything else you'd recommend?
