Jones was administered painkillers and antiinflammatories. Certainly not performance-enhancing and now his injury is even worse. It's really fucking annoying. Who decides it was misused? Because he followed the rules laid down by the UCI, so in a doping sense, there is no case to answer. His team doctor applied for a TUE, the UCI reviewed it and granted it. I can’t see how this can be construed as cheating in any way, shape or form.
