Hi Georgia, great that you're interested! We'll be playing this Sunday, 10am–midday at Joseph Chamberlin College, and we play every Wednesday, 8–10pm. Let us know if you're able to make it and you can borrow a bike and mallets etc to give it a go.
Any wheels are fine to get started on. Generally though lots of spokes is good (either 36 or 48h – helps prevent the ball going through your wheel, and should build up a real tough wheel).
