Just signed up for this - I want to improve my 25mi TT performance (and 10mi while I'm at it).
I currently fit in about 5.5-6.5hrs per split between extended training commutes and turbo, but will be sacking off the commute-training over winter for turbo.
Where should I start?: 'Build Phase' > 'Sustained Power Build'?
