You could do what I did and get a slightly more aero stem. Probably makes fuck all difference but you won't get much for <£200 when it comes to bars.
The new TriRig is where I was going to be heading just because I want to hide Di2 wires and I got on ok with their old one so you know why not. It's maybe $1000 though.
Is there much savings in base bars? I have a Zipp Vuka (Alu) with 50mm riser stack to Zipp Vuka clips:
Is there some all-in-one system I can get for <£200 that'll be more aerodynamic yet still leave me with the adjustability of the Zipp setup?
