If you want to come down to Bournemouth you can test ride ours at Velo Domestique or Harvey at Cycle PS just got one.
I would think you'd be fine, I've carried adults(+dogs) on my Minimax, Omnium don't make a specific child carrier but I know they have butchered kids trailers before and fitted them on.
Only thing with any Omnium is that the load is on top of the wheel so therefore the kid would be sat higher than a Bullitt but then Omniums are much easier to store/carry/steer.
