Saw a gang of 2x pillioned mopeds with balaclavas riding erratically at Clapham South about 4 weeks ago. Tweeted the local plod, result – nothing, not even an acknowledgement.

Wasn't the official advice that whenever you see pillioned mopeds acting suspiciously, to call 999?
At least 101. Twitter is not the place to report things to the police
