i've a NOS front hanger, could be a Shimano job but i'll check, may have a used rear too but will need to have a rummage..
those double cable guides are getting rarer and spendy, these might work for you and isn't loads, FYI campag made the double variant too.

Cheers @Mr_Bump . Yep, that type of double guide seems to be pretty rare - I think they only came with the first few years of Dura Ace. The one pictured is the only one on ebay and is something like £25. I have a scabby looking one and the equally scabby Weinmann hangers in the picture are mine too; so after toting up how much I've already overspent on my winter build and I've decided not be so OCD and just live with them.
