They're so bad they're good. I found one local to get me to Chorlton for 8.15, no nds pedal no lock basket or owt really. Unrideable.
Walked half way, found one (bumped into Ella too) no lights but rideable. Arrived 8.35, late.
Chorlton being Chorlton i got a nice new one for ride home, if it's still here (pictured) first thing i think I'll slow ride it to work.
Need longer seatposts & useless if you're rushing anywhere.

I rode to Liverpool on one, they're sound.

How long does the refund take to come through? I've found these fairly useful. Though after being in copenhagen at the weekend realise how much fun life would be if everyone constantly got everywhere by bike. 3am drunken peloton!

thanks! It was a painful experience I don't want to repeat but the bike was solid.

Bit of an admission of defeat. Shame really, I like the idea and if the seat post extended a bit more I'd definitely use more.

It is baffling.
I still have 50p credit to use then that'll be it for me I think.

^ interesting
MoBike has gone up in price from 50p for 30mins to almost £1 for 20mins. Not used one for ages.

Price hike is unwelcome. Other than that, Mobike seems to have settled down OK in Southwark [not Manchester, obviously]. The bikes seems to be less vandalized and gradually are becoming part the city. It's a pretty small recommended service area, so mainly for local trips.

Had a fight with about 10 of them yesterday. Left around Shepherd's Bush Green.
Hideous items; something I never thought I would type is how can we be more like Manchester?!
Just got a refund and reregistered for £2. Top tip tjanks!
