I like the idea of a single wire up the fork leg. But if Supernova are more reliable because they -don't- have connectors at the light, I'll stick with that option.

I defer to your hands-on experience.
A customer asked me to spec an off-road dynamo lights & charging set-up and the Igaro was one option.
But after a slightly strange conversation with Kerry from Klite (the other non-integrated contender), he went with a Sinewave Beacon, so I've yet to actually try it out in practice.
