Its like that now. Shouldnt the 'push' help the screw screw out anyway? I can ride the thing but its not perfect, you know? Chain rub.

The "push" on the screw would greatly increase the friction on the flanks of the threads so would not assist in its removal, in fact the exact opposite. More talk/torque needed.
