Carbon bars - over torqued?

After ages trawling eBay for some reasonably priced carbon bars - I found some that seemed to be in good condition. Deda superleggera no less

On arrival they look like they have been over-torqued and therefore I'm sceptical about riding them.

Before I contact the seller can anyone provide an opinion on whether I'm being too cautious?

It’s the little cracks developing in the first picture that would really worry me

Only the lacquer, I don't personally consider that structural.

The strength isn't in the outer coating.

I'd ride that down hill without suspension ftw

Yeah, fuck that.

If I’d owned those since new, done that damage myself and was aware of the abuse they had or had not received, if still be thinking twice.
