I meant to ask, what happened with the Steinhart debacle? Did they sort you out in the end? I've been looking at the Ocean One Vintage/Military longingly...

Yeah they sorted it out nicely, I haven't had a problem since, and I wear it nearly every day. I'd say the customer service process could definitely be improved but at the end of it, I wasn't left out of pocket, and I've got a watch that works.
