I think I quite like his sense of humour! Just had a quick flick through his work and I take it the fact that it's locked up to something is part of the gag rather than he just keeps it chained to something outside his apartment so that it doesn't get stolen. If that makes sense. Is he a friend of yours?

Well, I did a small job for him 10 years ago, nice fellow with sense of humour - but that's about it. Just rediscovered his stuff as well and the (otherwise) overcited duchamp piece. As said, really like his snotty approach.

That looks like the welding on a wheel truing stand I bought (and returned).
I tore them a new one.
The guy replied that he would now think about hanging up his torch as he was 80 years old.
