A decent frame. that brake bridge is the same as my bike, plus you have a number hanger on the tt. -

It's a Cinelli brake bridge.

That says it's a Cinelli 806 style.

Yep. Several manufacturers have made them. They're nicely shaped bridges. One of my bikes has one, but it's hard to say who the part is actually made by.

sb frame number could be raleigh special products division but their numbers were only 4 digits
23” frame with 1 “ forks.
I was going to have a go at fixing this (having successfully made a couple of pairs of forks and adding various braze ons to frames)but more interesting projects have since fallen in my lap. Sold to me as a Barry Chick, other than it being a beautiful made frame with a distinctive brake bridge I have no evidence to support this.
