ISIS are reading this thread and planning an atrocity
-
• #1953
Can’t be any worse than the bike...
-
• #1954
This thread is going to lead to LFGSS opening a co-op bike shop before the fucking bike shows up
-
• #1955
Maybe he'll bring in the bike to have the crown race fit
-
• #1956
Don't mention a new bottom bracket standard!
-
• #1957
holy shit
-
• #1958
Someone mentioned that the crown race installation should be ceremonial/in the pub, there should be raffle tickets sold and the profits should go to a charity with winner doing the final piece of the puzzle ..
-
• #1960
ahahahahaha
-
• #1961
The final piece of the puzzle is a full purge of the internet to cleanse it of any memory of this thread.
The LFGSS servers. Destroyed in a controlled explosion. The microcosm source code will be collateral damage.
Amey's social media presence will be wiped and his meatspace account will be unilaterally terminated by the raffle winner using a Sora 2300 chainring.
Do I sound unhinged? This conversational pit is skewing my melon.

I just want us all to move on with our new lives in a specially built prison for the terminally gullible.

• #1963
his meatspace account
Is that like meatspin?

Don't wanna derail the thread or anything but going back to SE storage briefly. I'm currently renting a garage space in SE just to store my bikes and a little household stuff temporarily. I'm not paying much but it's not secure enough for my nicer bikes and I quite like the idea of a shared space with others. If this could actually be a thing.

Don't wanna derail the thread
U ok Hun?
-
• #1966
More importantly, seeing as this is way off topic now, is this the right place to see who'll get my work bike and cross bike built for two freddo bars?
-
• #1967
Tongue in cheek, I've been here since op, stayed for the lols
-
• #1969
I really want to see this built.
-
• #1970
I think £20 a month would be reasonable for safe storage. Should probs make another thread..
-
• #1971
-
• #1972
Just let amey disembark.
-
• #1973
Probably the Only way anyone is going to see this built is by paying a £20 subscription to the SE19 bike den collective.
-
• #1974
I see your SE19 and raise you SE23
-
• #1975
There's Shureguard, which has the advantage of PIN controlled entry, security camera's and so forth, but of course you pay for that.
A 4m by 4m storage room is £120/week, so ~£500/month.
Can someone with a tape measure handy work out how many bikes can comfortably be stored in that space, with (say) a clear lane in the middle to facilitate access?
What? I paid for deep section.
Fuck.
I've been had.
