• Put mine through its paces today with a full size flask. Another bit of velcro round the head tube would have worked a treat but other than going wonky it stood up to the weight no problem. Cheers!

  • Good point! I have been considering adding another loop of webbing at the seam at the bottom of the bag, like in the picture below. Which could be used exactly as you describe to anchor the bag to the headtube. In this case it would probably better to use elastic cord as it would be very difficult to have a spot for this strap that would allow the use of velcro with different stem lengths plus I know from experience have something that is velcro to the headtube and the bars does give a noticeable bit of 'resistance' when turning at slow speeds as the velcro rubs on the headtube. If I was to include this feature on subsequent bags I would probably have to add a small amount to the current price to cover the cost of the extra webbing, elastic cord and cord lock to secure it, that would probably equate to only £1.50 extra per bag and this could be on an opt in basis. Google outershells drawcord handlebar for a better idea of what I mean!
