Porkers I rode to Dorchester station and train when it got bright and had stopped raining for a bit. Best ride this year. I'll never forget the amount of standing water on the wooden parket floor in the hall near Taunton and the man with the mop and the brilliant food from the Wellington Wheelers. And the amount of water out of my gloves when I wrung them. There was a sudden fog on a > 10% bending descend before West Buckland where I had to get off the bike and walk and only could make out the road by gingerly retreating as soon as I had walked into the soft next to the macadam. And so on for five minutes until it lifted.
