So, I have a stock 2017 brompton. Which I think come with normal easy wheels as standard, No rack..
Are these wheels better for rolling, do they work well without a rack?

I never roll my brompton around but due to their larger diameter they make folding easier and look a lot better!
Theoretically, also as they are larger in diameter, and have rubber ‘tyres’ they would also make rolling smother and easier. -
The 2017 M6L I bought for my girlfriend didn't have the eazy wheels (as I understand it), it had the same stock rollers as previous models, identical to ones I've seen on previous models. So I don't think you can take that for granted.

Do the wheels on yours look like this?
Those are what Brompton call an Eazy wheel and afaik they're an optional upgrade you have to buy separately - you can't even choose them from the online builder.
