There isn't, AFAIK, any way to modify the plans. Though, so long as you fit the prescribed workouts within the week and get suitable rest then you can kind of do it as you go.
If you were to do the SS Base Plan (Mid Intensity) then it gives you (intensity/difficulty in brackets);
M- rest (0)
Tu - hard ride (6/7)
W - easy ride (3)
Th - hardest 'weekday' ride (8)
F - rest (0)
Sa - hardest ride all week (9/10)
Su - hard ride (7)Of course you can shift those around to suit you, so long as the rest days are roughly in the same place relative to hard days. I often swap the Wednesday recovery day for a light outdoor ride.

Yeah, as @Tenners said, I don't think it's possible. I quickly gave up on following the plans but they do give you a good idea of suitable workouts.
Is there no way to create custom training plans? seems odd, everyone's got a different schedule and it'd be good to move things around.
