couple of things I noticed after a brief gap between 650b-ness.
1. I can use a higher gear, I am guessing its down to the diameter?
2. I can accelerate quicker, I guess the same reason?
Also these wheels are crazy light and I am running tubeless.

Answering your own question. And yeah smaller diameter=gears feel lower. The rear wheel is essentially another cog. Same reason people run 55t chainrings on bromptons without issue
