  • Am I correct in the assumption that my max heart rate of 227 for this ride is bogus? It shows before the climb that I actually red lined on, and then later on a descent. Time for a new strap? Or do I need to go to the cardiologist again?

    This was the first time I used my Wahoo Elemnt Bolt, but with an old garmin strap that came with my 705.

  • Probably. Which strap? The old plastic ones are robust compared to the soft straps that produce garbage if you don’t keep them real clean.
