Yep 1 inch. IIRC they are in very good condition.

have some full carbon forks with headset and front brake. will post after i take some pics

I need at least 27cm of steerer lengh, a bit longer can be accomodated with spacers, but shorter would be a problem.
Also, I need clearance for 25c tyres minimum.
Forgot to mention, the dropouts need to be compatible with the track wheel axle.
Will that be alright with your fork ?

Ideally full carbon that is bladed, but will consider if something else pops up.
