Are you using the hard plastic rim tape and does it seat nice and flush against both sides of the rim? Should be ok with 110psi, I used to commute with 120 in the rear and 110 up front, 20c tyres.
Usual state the obvious run your finger round the inside of the tyre and round the rims for anything sharp, be sure there's definitely nothing stuck through the tyre that might be hidden etc etc.
