Yes you do, as entry can only be done via BC according to that listing. Normally, if they accept entry on the day you can take out a BC day license for a few quid, but that's not going to be an option here I'm afraid.
I think you'll need silver membership to enter.
Edit: Scratch that it's full up already anyway.
